Our business and these terms
Varanos Global provides UK-based administrative and AI-assisted support for cosmetics businesses entering the European Union and Great Britain. Contact hello@varanosglobal.com. The precise legal contracting identity, business address and any registration details are supplied in the relevant accepted quotation or invoice; please ask for these before ordering if needed. These terms apply to the website, brand and manufacturer workspaces and the services expressly agreed with us.
What Varanos does
Depending on the agreed scope, we can conduct a document-readiness review, compile product and supporting-evidence inventories, contact authorised manufacturers, organise PIF materials, coordinate qualified safety assessors and legally engaged Responsible Persons, and assist with properly authorised EU CPNP or GB SCPN submissions. We do not ourselves automatically act as Responsible Person, perform scientific approval, issue a CPSR or certify market access. An AI-generated result, readiness score, uploaded file or status milestone is never legal authorisation to sell.
Our prices and your order
The £295 Readiness Review currently advertised covers up to ten SKUs and five base formulations, with an initial documentation inventory, gaps and a next-step plan. Managed Entry is quoted from £995. The checkout or accepted written quotation governs what is included, the relevant markets, quantities, fees, tax treatment and payment timing. Separate assessor, Responsible Person, laboratory, packaging/EPR and third-party expenses are included only when expressly identified and agreed. An external provider's appointment is never implied by a Varanos payment.
Your documents and changes
You must provide accurate information and evidence that you are entitled to use, and check the proposed records created by our importer before approving them. Inform us promptly when formulations, ingredients, labels, claims, packaging, manufacturing or relevant project instructions change. Do not upload unrelated sensitive personal information, unlawful materials or confidential material you are not authorised to disclose.
Confidentiality and factory information
A manufacturer's private formula code and exact formulation are not the same as a brand's marketed product name. We restrict manufacturer-to-Varanos correspondence, quantitative compositions and sensitive technical records from default brand visibility. We may provide sanitised updates and share restricted evidence only with authorised assessors, Responsible Persons or others where the agreed work permits. A factory's permission for one brand or project does not automatically authorise disclosure to another.
AI and professional judgement
Our document importer can turn PDFs, spreadsheets, Word documents and other supported files into editable draft catalogue records. AI can misread or omit facts, and users must check the originals. Qualified specialists determine scientific requirements and whether variants, pack sizes or product families can appropriately share assessment evidence. Regulatory filings are completed only when an authorised party confirms submission.
Communication and delivery
Supplier responses, holiday closures, technical evidence, specialist availability and official processes can change schedules. We will explain material project dependencies; we do not guarantee manufacturer replies, regulator action or a launch date unless separately agreed in writing. We distinguish drafts from actions confirmed as sent, received or completed.
Payment, cancellations and statutory rights
You may request changes, a pause or cancellation in writing. We will explain the treatment of completed work and any authorised third-party commitments under your accepted scope. We primarily serve businesses purchasing in the course of trade. If you are a qualifying consumer, statutory distance-contract rights—including a possible 14-day cancellation period for services—remain unaffected. Standard acceptance of these terms is not an express request for performance within that period; any such arrangement requires the legally appropriate separate request and acknowledgement.
Intellectual property
You and authorised suppliers retain ownership of your existing documents, brands, formulas and intellectual property. You grant the permissions needed to carry out agreed work and controlled specialist disclosures. Varanos retains ownership of its platform, templates and general processes. Paid deliverables may be used for the agreed project subject to any separately stated specialist or third-party rights.
Security, liability and complaints
We operate role-based workspaces and take reasonable care in providing agreed administrative services, but no online service is error-free. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory statutory responsibilities. Additional terms for liability or specialist services apply only if agreed in writing and lawful. For complaints or security concerns, contact hello@varanosglobal.com with your project reference.
Changes and contact
